One more Question..... Video Cameras

Video Cameras.
This is my first trip overseas and I do not have a clue how the whole Duty Free works. I am looking to buy a new video camera. Is it better to buy at say Harvey Norman and then take your receipt and get the 10% off it OR better to buy at the Duty Free shop at Melbourne Airport? Any help apprieciated.
