the Niksoma which is just a bit north on the beach from the Padma .
we have stayed at the Padma a few times but we would rather the smaller hotels any day .Also the Melasti beach resort is just up from the Padma on the beach ,the older style garden suites are great
we have stayed there the last 5 years and going back again in June .
