in Bali. And ask them to give you a price for ticket. Because you are travelling from Bali to Australia you should book your tickets in Bali and it will be cheaper for you to do this in Bali.
You can book your ticket from Bali to Perth with Garuda. Then when in Perth you can book a domestic flight from Perth to Sydney. When you are at Garuda's office in Bali tell them that you want a return flight from Sydney, not Perth.
