I have used them half a dozen times at least and never had to claim no, but have spoken to them on the phone before buying online and they are very prompt and clear.
If you search archives then I know madge for one claimed sucessfully.
Most companies are underwritten by Mondial , it is just where you buy it as to how much it is...and wether or not you pay excess...and with this site, you do not.
