Just A Tad Expensive???

Hi folks, I got a quote from a recommended driver(won't mention name here) for transport(not a tour) from Bali Garden Hotel up to the Kunang Kunang Guest House, which is on Jl. Hanoman, Padangtegal, in Ubud. He has quoted me 400,000RP, and says it could be dearer if fuel prices go up? I'm sure I can get something a lot cheaper, what do you think? Cheers Cheryl
