we stayed here several years ago and liked it, thought it was good value and we would have stayed there again - unfortunately as it turned out we just haven't been back to Bali for a few years! I haven't seen it recently though, and things often change...
We had the downstairs half of a villa and really liked the enclosed courtyard and outdoor living area, it was great to be able to sit outside with a bit of space, fresh air and privacy, although the mozzies can be a bit ferocious.
The pool is smallish but clean and nice, gardens and pathways are well kept, it's very peaceful and quiet (could hear the kites humming in the air all night) and I loved the traditional Balinese feel. The restaurant was pretty basic, but we didn't eat in the hotel often anyway, as it's not far to all the great food in Seminyak/ Legian.
Only thing I disliked was having to walk down the long narrow laneway to get to anywhere, can be a bit dangerous with bikes etc flying through, especially if you had small kids with you. There was (not sure if it's still there) a good Nasi Padang warung in the lane though :D
