There have been many many posts recently asking basically the same thing if you want to do a search for further info..
A brief list below depending on your standard.

Best to look at what suits from websites/reports & perhaps do a further search here once you have narrowed down your choices.
Personally I would would choose my preferred area first as Seminyak, Tuban, Kuta & Legian is vast with many options.
eg Seminyak has numerous villas to choose from.
