Try Uluwatu Cafe - its in Jimbaran Bay Village (not beachfront). The best seafood I have eaten. They used to be on the beachfront but moved away - they do weigh your food and from what we could see the scales were not rigged at all - our friend wouldnt have taken us there if they were. Simply the best!
