Poppies is still going strong and once inside the gates one wouldn't know they are in Kuta, Bali, yes. The cottages are just so well maintained and have everything you would need as well as some extras that no one else has...like, order your own minibar selection or room service breakfast...latte and jaffle for me! You can also hire a car and driver at a reasonable rate for touring the circuits but no need to put up with shop stops or mass tourist lunch stops. Free wi fi and pickup and drop off at airport. They really do not use agents so best price is on their web page. Agree with other comments - it's a quiet folks place to stay.
