Are you sure you have got that the right way around. As far as I am aware there are no budget flights from either KL or singapore to London. The best deals around at the moment if they have your dates are with Cathay via Hong Kong. Cathay are having to compete with a budget carrier that operates from London Gatwick to HK. Also look at Qatar who fly via KL and doha.
