I love hearing about Java and all its villages.. my fiancee..soon to be hubby next month is from Jogja and I just love the place :)
I sure do agree with you, that the people who work in the rices paddies... are unbelievable, I admire the hard work they do so much. The average person in Aussie wouldnt be able to work as hard as they do in the blazing sun all day..!!
Also great hearing about the language learning experiences you have had.. its the best way to learn :)
