In reply to the question about the Bali Garden Renos posted on the 8/02.. I was there for five weeks over the xmas period during the renos and had a fantastic time! BY the time I left there were three pools open as well as the beach bar and pizzaria with the new beachside resturant just days away from being completed. We've stayed elsewhere but having been staying at the Bali Garden for the past six years. The location is fantastic (best place to be on new year's eve!)shops and resturants are close, rooms are a decent size and hotel staff welcoming and friendly. (they still ask about my nephew that came with us six years ago!) We'll be back in July for two weeks and I'll be back at Xmas for six... Guess where we'll be staying?
