Audrey from April last year has branched out on her own and I believe her new jeweller to be very good.(A big part of the reason she branched out was the poor workmanship the other jewellers/owners seemed to be satisfied with.)
The things that he has made have all been good for me and no problems with stones.
She will fix your items no worries...but if you are not keen to give her and her new staff a go, that would be understandable.
