I used Milton sterilising solution with boiled bottled water in a container I took. Rinsed the bottles & teats with boiled bottled water. I'd only use boiled bottled water for your baby's needs anyway. If your hotel room doesn't have a kettle, they're cheap to buy at any supermarket. Keep lots of boiled bottled water in the fridge - babies dehydrate quickly there. For heating baby food you could just take or buy a heat-proof container big enough to hold the food jar & the hot water. You can buy an immerser coil at a duty free shop here & an electrical adapter if necessary.
I'd also take a water spray - fill it with the boiled etc water & spray your baby with it if he/she gets hot.
Don't stress - you don't need a microwave.
