purchasing one for 100 or so is a good idea - that way your not limited to hotel just for lack of microwave. if you know anyone or have a repore with a driver you can give it to them at the end. check out the Carrefour Catalogue for prices (click on Katalog bottom left). We going with a nine month old next 3 weeks and we think we can manage without a microwave - the olda fashioned way!!!. we plan to buy a cheap rice cooker - have seen some for $10 over there - you can heat up water, steam fresh vegies or heat baby jars. we also plan to buy plastic tubs with lids and take Milton tablets to sterlise. Also a thermos we will boil water at night, keep it in there and do half hot half cold water incase he does need a middle of the night feed. If you have a hotel in mind email them ask if the restaurant has one - i presume your not needing middle of the night feeds anymore by then? - and sure they wont mind you popping in there to heat up a bottle
