you can strap a carseat into a car without using the bolt and only using the seatbelt which is what you could do in bali if there is a seatbelt as still safer than no seat. This is not legal in australia you must bolt the seat as well as use the seatbelt so nothing new on the market unless old/big enough for a booster seat.
