Villa Puri Ayu is still open. It is a small resort complex that has deluxe rooms or a variety of self contained options and is situated at the southern end of Sanur near Puri Santrian. They have some brand new 2 bedroom villas which I think are very good value, and would suit a family of 4. They have a website.
The villas which (I think) are not taking bookings are Sanur Beach Villas which are a little further south down the beach and currently operated by 'bloodyron'. Hopefully Ron will read your post and clarify things.
