The fare is usually between 300000rp and 400000rp but the price around xmas skyrocketed to about double. You can book at the airport or use a local travel agent like Trans Indo Mukti (www.trans-indo.com) who will book on your behalf from Australia. The flight between Denpasar and Mataram is only about 20 minutes.
