Beautiful restaurant with fabulous food and run a cooking school too, so you can learn to make the recipes linked to this website.
In Kuta, I like Made's warung, Ketupat and Kori in Poppies 2. Always good.
I also love Murni's in Ubud, great ambience and food. If you go down to the third or forth level down, you can see and hear the river down below.
I also love a small warung called Ayam Goreng Kalasan Yogyakarta, which is just near Supernova and they make the best fried chicken, I try to get some, bungkus, from there every time I go to Bali.
