organise a boat over to Komodo and Rinca or you can take a boat from bali or Lombok and do a 5 day or so tour. I've done both and I'd never do the boat tour again. Flying is easy with the flights costing about 700000 rp each way and Labuan Bajo is an interesting place to spend a few days. The only hassle is coming out of the airport at Labuan Bajo with the touts in a frenzy! There's also an island off the coast called Suraya which is a beautiful isolated place to relax for a couple of days.
