Now a car can drive right up to Uluwatu Beach, or at least as far as any vehicle can drive, so there is no need to use a moped driver to shuttle you in.
Hopefully someone can give you a price to hire a driver.
A taxi from Kuta to Uluwatu would probably be around rp 100,000 each way.
If you want to go to Uluwatu for the day, I bet you could find someone at one of the car rental places that would drive you to Uluwatu, wait around while you spend the day at the beach and then drive you back.
If I were doing the negotiating, I think I would expect to get the transport service for rp200,000. Maybe an extra rp 50,000 to pay for gasoline.
