Hi Tuberose. We are staying at the Novotel in TB in early March , and have been to this area before.From memory, there is a CircleK less that 100 metres from the Aston, but, the first money changer past there, (walking towards the big temple), is dodgy!! Stick to teh Kodak shop.There is Kecak restaurant, a Greek restarant, ( who's name I've forgotten!), and heaps of Meditteranean style restaurnats along thhat strip.I think , if she is till there, Kiki does great leather garments and it goes without saying, Bumbu Bali is a must visit.I will be doing their cooking school in a few weeks.I also remember that teh footpaths are a tad crumbly!Sorry it's all a bit vague, it has been 3 years,a nd the old memory banks are full of Bundy rum :)
