We did it a couple of years ago. It was good, something different you got to see heaps of fish etc. The current was quite strong the day we did it so the sand was stirred up quite a bit so it wasn't clear but OK. If you have problems with presure in your ears don't do it as it can hurt alot. One of mine wouldn't clear and was uncomfortable. I enjoyed myself but was glad to come to the surface. I wouldn't do it again, but would say that it was a good experince. It is very well run also.
