late arrival

We arrive in Bali on jetstar at 10:05 pm.

Has any one travelled to Ubud from airport at that time ?
Is it too late?

We know we could book 1 night somewhere near airport but would rather just go straight there.

Would be interested in anyones thoughts suggestions particularly if you have done this.
