Rooms at MBR are much bigger than KP. KP has jr suites/ambassasor suites/deluxe rooms, and depending on what you book, they close rooms off (one ambassador makes one jr and one deluxe). The deluxe in that case would have two singles, sold as twin, with an interconnecting door to the lounge of the jr which is then locked. It would be the 2nd bedroom of Ambassador (I'm confusing myself!!)
In other words, you can have double or twin, just specify what you want. They actually DO give the rooms you request, allocate them to you at booking and even if it means moving subsequent bookings around, they will accomodate you. They don't "jiggle" rooms around like most Hotels which are ROH (run of house). Irritating if you are a late booker you may have to change rooms 2 or 3 times!!
Regarding noise, depends who is staying there!! Can be overhead noise (tile floors) if high heels. Pool closes early but people still party often (I'm guessing with their own grog as bar clsed)
