Your story brings back memories of my one month PIBBI in 1989. You did not get the option of 2,3, or 6 week courses then. I wish I had only been there for only 2 weeks, as the brain can only absorb so much in a short time. The experience of life in Java was priceless, and stopping in a Desa with the Lurah unforgetable. I look forward to your next instalment.
