While in Bali last year, my cousin had some boots made at Dolphin Leather in Garlic Lane, off Melasti st. She had some made there when she was there 15 years ago also. They have kept her size etc on their records and she has their email address if she never gets back to Bali she can still get her boots made. I think she paid about $60-$80 AU. Beautiful soft leather and made to measure, can't beat that.
