I have had a look at their website and it looks very nice. I am just wondering if you have an email address or direct hotel contact. It appears that the bookings done via the website is a booking agent like asia rooms. I have not booked in this way before so I am a little cautious and also like to email with any queries first before booking.
Any further assistance you can offer would be appreciated.
