Leather Bags

I have just searched the archives, but can,t seem to come up with an answer so i hope some one can help. I was wondering what a Tailor would charge for a leather bag? If i take a picture of an average size bag and have it made up would it be expensive? Can any one recommend a tailor for doing this?
