No - actually how it works is you purchase the disk for 1 million rupiah then they download 10 games for free. You would have to purchase 4 disks and each child will get 10 games. So maybe this is too much for you. However it is a good deal 10 games of your choice for about $120.
If this doesn't suit you can find individual games in the various dvd shops. Just ask around.
