Not sure what time of year you are going but if its anytime but August, you can just catch the Perama over and have a look at all the hotels along Jungabatu bay. They are all similar, we stay at Puri Nusa which has a range of rooms from twin-fancooled rooms from 50,000rp a night, to double air conditioned rooms with hot water and views of Shipwreck break from 150,000rp, staff are lovely and food in restaurant good. Mainski is also good but the manager is renovating and it could be a bit more expensive following reno's, current price is 85,000rp a room. Agus's/Wayan Taccis also have nice rooms, beachfront bungalows with bed upstairs and downstairs for aroung 80,000rp to 100,000rp and some nice new rooms at the back. And thats just a few, I would definaetly just do your own check, thats what we did many years ago and at the time Puri Nusa was the best but since a lot of places have updated their facilities as Lembongan becomes more popular.

But beware you may still find the break crowded up to 40 guys and then one of those boattrips arrives or a boat full of Japanese from Sanur on a daytrip, and it can increase beyond that. Depends on the time of year, we were there in Nov and Jan last year and not that crowded.
