As others have said you could use a van from your hotel. We have a boardcover that has in built straps which we find fantastic as we hire our own car while in Bali to get to all the surfspots. Most drivers vans can accomodate a board, it just means you can't use all the seats. Another time we caught a Taxi and he just removed the taxi sign and put the boards on the roof but we only had 4 people so we all fitted in. These days prior to leaving Australia we send a SMS to a driver from the front of the Melasti- Made Arisia, and he is there to collect us with his van.
