Hi you get a usb reader a cartage case and the software all with the R4. then you can do a seach on the internet for nds roms this is just one of the site's i use http://www.nds-roms.com/?act=home but there are lots more out there.and the good thing is that because the roms are so small ( they are in a zip file ) they don't take long to download.
