the website is www.balibike.com and go to "contact us" and it gives Wayan's phone numbers and email. Wayan is the organiser/owner of the business but his staff who came along were fantastic too and great with the kids. I'm sure you will all really enjoy it. They follow behind with a van so if anyone is tired they can put the bike on the ute and ride the rest of the way in the van. It is also cooler in Ubud than Kuta so the temperature wasnt too hot for cycling.
