I would like to put my 2c in and recommend a great driver named Dewa Marco.
He provided excellent driving and touring services to us in June/July last year and we have made arrangements to utilise his services next month when we are in Bali for 3 weeks.
He was always punctual,very courteous and extremely knowledgeable. He has an excellent command of the English language and has been driving multinational tourists for several years. We shared many funny experiences with him and he in turn opened our eyes further to the culture and lifestyle of Balinese families.
We became very fond of Dewa and would highly recommend him to anyone who values his experience and knowledge of the island.
Dewa is a family man and is in the process of purchasing a new vehicle (Kajang sp), although his current car is more than adequate.
