We stayed at Puri Ayu last week, very nice in their villas. They also have a large upstairs apartment available long term.
There is Hotel Mertasari which is opposite Puri Ayu, local hotel I think, but I did not inspect it. If you are willing to go as far as Jl Danau Poso, at the monument, there is Puri Gopa, which we stayed in last year, about 50m walk to beach at Stiff Chilli nice small pool area.
