Would any of you in the know folks know of a place where I could spend maybe 2 or 3 weeks doing a fasting/detox kind of thing? I'v been eating far too many banana pancakes (yummy) and indulging in lots of delicious Balanese food and am really noticing it! I did a 2 week detox with yoga & daily colonic in Thailand last year and it was wonderfull - want to find a place in Bali that doesn't cost the earth but am not having much luck finding anywhere but luxury spa's. There must be a places that cater for those of us that want the detox/health bit but can do without the plunge pools, fresh flowers and luxurious villas. Any ideas would be great.
