Have just checked my passport and you don't get a stamp either leaving or entering Australia. Only from the country that you are visiting. The only time that we got Aus stamps was back in 1990 on our first trip to Bali. This is for an Aust passport travelling through Melbourne. Don't know when it changed but haven't had passport stamped for the last 5 years.
