I've just got back and we used this guy: Justin Made MOB: +62 8123950577. He has a brand new people mover and the airconditioner is fantastic, even in the back. You will need it. He is very very nice and speaks very good English. He hangs out at the Kuta Beach Hotel, or something like that. Tell him Karen and Steve from Perth recommended him if you use him. He'll appreciate the business, had to get a big loan for Bali person to get the car.
