You can buy tiger balms and massage creams in most warungs, shops, department stores, apoteks and corner shops etc. You can also buy heat pad strips, eg salon pas from some stores too (cost about a dollar in bali and you can see them at Asian type 2 dollar shops here for about $2.50).
I hope lots of massages can help the back pain too.
