snorkelling on the west coast of bali - i dont know of any.
Best spots are north coast of the island at menjengan and north east of the island around Tulamben and Amed.
You can also do day trips over to Nusa Penida which has some great snorkelling.
Most of the other activities you mention include pick-up from your hotels.
