There is a retreat currently being organized
from October 3rd till the 31st.
You don't need to book the whole month,
but it will be running during this time.
The retreat is to include consultation with a nutrionist,
organic healthy food, yoga, breathwork, massages,
work out with a personal trainer, etc.
Rooms go for 45 Euros a night.
There is an additional price for some of the other stuff.
I already did this and in a month I lost 6 kilos.
Since then, 13 kilos.
The experience has been a life changing experience for me,
since I now know how to eat healthy and take care of myself now.
