Definitely sunglasses. Definitely a good quality 30+ sunscreen. I never lay directly in the sun, but find that I get a pretty good tan up just walking from point A to point B. I would take a rashie from home. Better safe than sorry. And if you're going snorkelling, don't forget to lather up the back of your legs and the back of your neck. They really cop it on the water.
