Cars come across in front of you. If they hear a horn they know they need to stop. If not they just keep coming.
When approaching lights don't look at the traffic cops. Otherwise they may ask you to stop. Pretend you don't see them asking you to stop.
Remember if you have an accident it's your fault. The logic behind this is that bif you mweren't in their country the accident wouldn't have happened. Can't argue with that logic.
