and love them all for different reasons :
1)0Ramayana usually stay in Poolside cottage but these sleep a max of 2. The hotel pools are both small but location great for the shopping etc. The beach is a 2 min walk
2) The Dynasty have stayed in the exec suites plus the family garden rooms which are close to pool end and fairly quiet. The Dynasty is mainly Australian clientele with a busy poolbar area. Its quite busy and noisy around the pool but great if you want to be involved in activities. Good restaurants and pub, med sized pool no ocean views unless you walk out of alley onto beach. not far to shops and restaurants.
3) The Patra would have to be another of my favs as its a bit more tranquil than the Dynasty and not as busy. Its located close to the airport but no noise. It has a mixed clientel and busy at breakfast then fairly quiet for rest of day as any asian guests tend to go out. The best rooms are the Deluxe SUITES ask for one near the pool. The main pool is HUGE and looks out onto ocean in lovely gardens. There is a free shuttle to Kuta about 5 times a day or is $2 in a taxi.You can also walk along the beach about 5 mins to restaurants etc and about 10 mins to the Dynasty .Ill be staying there again in a few weeks as love it and i need a kids club for my daughter. Breakfast is usually included which is a buffet and great value love the serene setting. Cheaper to book through an agent than direct.
