soccer tops

hi all. off to bali in 2 weeks and am trying to organise a gift for our sons under 10 soccer team. i am wanting to know where i can get replica soccer tops of our club made with our emblem, childs name and number on the back. i am taking our club top as a sample but wouldn't know where to start looking to have them copied. please help. thanx in advance.
