Frankly I'm pretty annoyed with comments such as get over it! Dismissing travellers genuine concerns regarding flight cancellations and lost luggage (Bentbob on another post) is downright rude. Lost luggage and late flights can be a serious concern, particularly if you happen to be a traveller who packs essential medications, for example, in their luggage. I believe, it was only last week it was reported that a diabetic passenger was refused permission to carry their insulin injections on board and they very nearly did not survive the flight when they experienced a hypo. My husband requires injections every alternate day and flight delays, lost baggage etc can cause confusion with medication timetables. Over booking, which seems to be an ongoing problem with Garuda (happened to me back in 1989!) is inexcusable, lengthy delays caused by poor maintainence protocols are all very acceptable reasons for passengers to express criticism.
Some posters here need to take stock and be less flippant and accept that people have genuine reasons to complain!
