Duty Free ex Port Hedland

Hi All

We are living in Karratha (No duty free shops) and are travelling 2 hours north to depart from Port Hedland in November for 2 weeks in Bali.

I would like to do some duty free shopping either in Port Hedland or in Bali

So three questions:

1) Is there a duty free shop at the port hedland air port?

2) What is duty free shopping in bali like? is it worthwhile?

3) For any regulars, out of port hedland, what do you normally do?
