Looking 4 budget hotel Legian/Seminiak/K

We have been focusing so much on the Ubud/Java portion of our trip so I forgot to research hotel options in the Legian/Seminiak/Kuta area.

I am traveling with hubby and 28 month old son. We are looking for clean, quiet, pleasant, convenient location (near shops, beach, restaurnats) but not on "main, noisy street) for about 200,000 (USD20).

Any recommendations?
