Now that I have the facts in front of me and have just got off the phone to the developers. And having received copies of threatening emails from the perpetrator to the developer now on hard copy here, it is clear that a smear campaign is in place and a very nasty one at that.
As Ellora Developements on Bali have engaged solicitors to deal with this and the fact that it will appear before the courts, it may be prudent for our beloved Forum Administrators to remove this thread.
Firstly though,I find it reprehensible that a person or persons would use a forum like this to carry out such distasteful acts of slandour against a family business in Bali and then try to extort money in the process.
The facts stand that the McGee family that was supposed to have deposited monies with Ellora Developments, or so the story goes, are not known to Ellora Developments. 9 out of the 10 villas at Ajanta are sold and nearing completion,the 10th belongs to the Developers I believe.
Ellora Developments are extemely upset as they have a wonderful relationship with Australian families. For this reason alone they will use all lawful means at their disposal both here, and in Indonesia, to clear their name. Ellora Developements will not stoop to the level of the person or persons perpetrating this insidious action.
